This Santa doormat might've been out on the porch all last year. Every day I would come home and think "I should really put that away" and then I would go inside and forget all about it! Then it got to be October and I just let it be. I gave Carl this Bad Dog doormat for Christmas so I would remember to switch it out. The dogs crack me up.
