We went to The Edge Fest in Albuquerque, New Mexico. The lineup (that we saw) was: AWOLNATION, Neon Trees, The Dirty Heads, Cage the Elephant and Incubus. We did not prepare well enough for an outdoor concert in April (what were we thinking) so we were freezing at the end due to the weather that rolled in- still had a good time!

I finally got my record player to work tonight! I thought it was a bad needle but it turned out I just had it hooked up to the stereo wrong - oh well, so happy it works. Now I just need to get my records back from Dawn & David - they've been keeping them for me for a few years.

My science experiment! I know this is gross, but I have been watching this decay for probably about six months now. Someone set it on the ledge on the building next to us at work. I thought it was strange because it's butternut squash- it's not like a snack someone got and then didn't finish it! Anyway, don't know how it got there but it's been there awhile - today I checked it and it's full of flies - ick! Wish I would have thought to take pictures at different stages!69, 44.
