Snowing and snowing. We really get the snow here at this house- 5 miles away from our old house but we moved into a different "snow district". At the old house they would say 1-3 inches and we would get a 1/2 and inch - here we get 4 or 5! I don't mind as long as I don't have to go anywhere. I do feel sorry for the animals though.

Fabulous thrift store find! Partially done latch hook rug- I didn't even know what the design was when I bought it because it was all sealed up. I love it! I bought a totally undone owl rug last Friday at a different Arc. I don't know why I all of a sudden wanted these but I do. I did one as a kid but gave it away to my Grandma when I was done- this one I will keep.

I love the windows in this house! A ton of snow out there, it just snows and snows! Looks pretty from inside. The tree is un-decorated, I just had to make my new storage bag before I took it down. The holidays are over- sigh.

Every year when I put away all the Christmas stuff I play Christmas music and un-decorate, that is what I did today. These candles were some of my favorite new vintage holiday purchases this year.
I hate to put it all away- it's so bright and sparkly. As I say, once the festiveness goes and Christmas is over, it's just Winter.. and Winter sucks. Sigh.
