I didn't realize that I had this but it is the Owners Manual from my artificial Christmas tree from Sears Model No 728.950290. It used to belong to my Grandparents but I've probably had it for 20 years now and thought that it was maybe 30 years old or so. I Googled the model number and found an ad that was on Craigslist in November that claimed that this model was from 1970 and therefore 46 years old! It still looks great.

I've always loved that tree. And your decorations are perfect! It's crazy, but my 3-year-old tree doesn't look this good! :) Looking for a new white tree this year. Apparently,a new, quality artificial tree costs about a bazillion dollars. I bet grandma didn't pay more than $50 back in 1970 for this gem.
