Reason #1 why I hate to cook.
No cooking is the crappiest part of cooking! I made tempeh tacos with roasted poblano salsa. The salsa was good, the tempeh would have been good but I rushed it because I was panicking about not being done at 8 oclock at night. Carl took during the week cooking away from me - hooray!
What did you make? Cleanup is the crappiest part of cooking!
