So, our internet went out yesterday- usually this is an easy fix but this time no go. I spent maybe an hour and a half last night trying to fix it and then about 2 hours on the phone with customer service today trying to fix it. No dice. So here I am on the porch poaching off of Kelly's wireless from down the street!
