It is amazing how you can drive or walk by the same things every day and not see them. The other day I was driving home from work on Platte and I happened to look up at the trees and saw this green birdhouse way the hell up in the tree! Then I think, I have been driving this road for 10 years and have never seen that before. Has it always been there? Did someone put it there recently? How would they get it up there? It's up so high! My conclusion is that it has been there forever and I never saw it. I kind of think someone put it there years ago and the tree grew so much that no one could reach it now. But you never know it could have been put there last week- but I doubt it! Just when I think I am observant and have great attention to detail!Also, it is hard to take pictures when you are driving. Probably best not to attempt!
