We had to go to IKEA to get stuff for our living room project and we decided a Thursday morning would be best crowd wise. We stopped to have lunch while we were there- Swedish meatballs yumm!

Super bad hail storm that lasted for an hour or more. My flowers were destroyed! Hopefully they will come back. We didn't even have it too bad some areas of town had hail 2 feet deep or more and cars were covered.

Phoebe sent me a link to a website where they had super close ups of eyeballs so I thought I would see if I could take similar pictures. My macro feature apparently isn't as good as that guys camera but I thought these were interesting - I love the reflections of the houses in Carls eye. The eyeballs themselves don't really gross me out but the eyelashes do - they look like spider legs.

I sorted a collection today that had the most beautiful plaque medals in it - these two were my favorites. The art work is beautiful. I especially love the mermaid fishing!

It's really looking good, I cannot wait for the finished room. I really wish I could go to a hotel like they do on those home remodeling shows and come back for the final reveal! Oh well, it will be worth the work.

This poor little birdy was stuck in the garage flying around in the rafters. We left everything open and went to Home Depot and he escaped by the time we returned - yay!
