I made Monster Spinach & Artichoke dip for our potluck today. I didn't make this up, found the idea on Pinterest from hungryhappenings.com. Due to a stencil error it didn't come out too sharp but it was still fun.. and tasty!

When I was a kid one of my favorite books was The Witch's Christmas by Norman Bridwell. I loved the Witch's decorations and always wanted a wreath made of bats- so I finally made one this year!

Today is my parents 38th Wedding Anniversary. They are still in Denver taking care of Robby who is now out of the hospital. Unfortunately, my Mom fell today and broke her arm. Nothing else bad can happen.
